music production, recording, mixing, mastering, and audio post services

plus two dedicated rehearsal rooms.

Recording

Our expansive 750 SQFT climate controlled live room can accommodate bands and ensembles with ease. Drums and acoustic instruments sound amazing in our space, and natural day light makes artists feel comfortable and inspired.

Block Booking

$500 - 8 hours.

$275 - 4 hours.

$150 - 2 hours.

Independent Artist Recording Packages: One Set Rate for Your Entire Project

$4,000 - Album Package - 8 (8hr) days recording Incl. mixing, plus 8 hours free rehearsal time.

$2,500 - EP Package - 4 (8hr) days recording, Incl. mixing, plus 4 hours free rehearsal time.

$800 - Song Package - 1 (8hr) day recording Incl. mixing, and mastering.

Mixing

Already have a project recorded but you need it professionally mixed, or re-mixed? We offer remote and in person mixing services.

1-3 Songs (stereo)

$350 per song.

4 + Songs (stereo)

$200 per song.

Mastering

We offer remote mastering services on a song by song basis.

1-2 Songs (stereo)

$150 per song.

3 + Songs (stereo)

$75 per song.

Audio Post

We are a SAG-AFTRA Approved ADR Studio. Our Chief Engineer Nathan Sage has worked for New York Emmy Award Winning projects, and our Immersive Audio equipped mix room allows us to work in 2.1, 5.1, 7.1 and 7.1.4 Dolby ATMOS.

We offer:

ADR - Source Connect Pro, Source Connect Nexus, Skype, Zoom, or Google Meet.

Voiceover - Source Connect Pro, Source Connect Nexus, Skype, Zoom, or Google Meet.

Audio Cleanup.

Re-Recording Mixing.

Rehearsal Rooms

We have three acoustically designed and individually climate controlled rehearsal rooms available. PA system and backline is included in the rate.

Room 1:

400 SQFT

$35 per hour (2 hour minimum)

($25 per hour - Studio Member Rate)

Room 2:

400 SQFT

$35 per hour (2 hour minimum)

($25 per hour - Studio Member Rate)

Room 3:

400 SQFT

$35 per hour (2 hour minimum)

($25 per hour - Studio Member Rate)

Event Space

We have a 1300 SQFT loft space with natural lighting available for private, or public events. Please contact us for room hire pricing.
