Monsters of Acoustic Rock 35 at Sage Sound Studios Friday, February 22nd
Jason Ingriselli and The Miles North come to us hot on the heels of selling out the first pressing of their debut album, The Miles North. Jason Ingriselli, an Americana singer-songwriter and New England native, leads The Miles North Band including other, local music veterans in Nick Santore (Lead Guitar), Andrew Kraemer (Pedal Steel), Erik Kukanskis (Bass, Vocals), and George Mastrogiannis (Drums). Do NOT miss a very special, stripped down set this Friday with their first time performance at MoAR.
Another first time, special set at Monsters of Acoustic Rock on February 22nd will be brought to you by the Podunk Throwbacks "Trio" - normally a 5-piece band. These indie-folk-rockers mix jazz, rock, country, folk & classical music, written primary by guitarist and vocalist, Todd Skilton. Todd will be joined by Lou DiBacco on bass and Al Gillette on guitar, to make up the Podunk Throwbacks Trio this Friday.
Self-dubbed "DIY slacker folk" and "bedroom emo" artist, Jules Burne, will throw down at MoAR for the second time playing a set of new and old songs along with some stripped-down versions of songs from his band Backseat Trash (who have been busy recording at Sage Sound Studios). Want to know "What's The Point Of A F***ing Window You Can't Jump Out Of?" - Find out on Friday folks!
Love songs, both sad and happy, from the inside and out, cold and warm - just a taste of what Zach will open you up to on Friday with his variety of singer-songwriter emo-pop. Not only will Zach be opening and hosting Monsters of Acoustic Rock in the Sage Sounds Studios live room in Shelton, CT, but Zach will also be interviewing the artists to be released on his YouTube channel following the event: From Z to A: Alphabetical Interviews with Zach Andersen.
